I accept the following commercial insurance plans through Headway: Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Oscar Heath, and United Healthcare. I also accept all Excellus BCBS insurance plans. My private pay rate is $125 per session.

Telehealth and in-person sessions are available.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE OF SERVICES
As is currently outlined by NY State law, I’m required to estimate the length of time and cost you may experience from services rendered.  I include a Good Faith Estimate as part of your initial paperwork for counseling services.  We will review it together and address any questions you may have.
