I accept the following commercial insurance plans through Headway: Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Oscar Heath, and United Healthcare. My private pay rate is $125 per session.

I am unable to accept any Medicaid or Medicare plans at this time.

Telehealth and in-person sessions are available.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE OF SERVICES
As is currently outlined by NY State law, I’m required to estimate the length of time and cost you may experience from services rendered.  I include a Good Faith Estimate as part of your initial paperwork for counseling services.  We will review it together and address any questions you may have.
