Resources

  • Self-Love Rainbow is a website created by Dominee Calderon with tons of great resources for “self-care, mental health, and living a happy life.” She offers tons of great tools on her site, some free and some paid.

Grief

  • "Grief.com is dedicated to help everyone deal with the often unknown terrain that comes along with all kinds of grief. Through education, information and other helpful resources we hope to make the challenging road of grief a little easier.”

  • Led by death educator and grief counselor Dr. Alan Wolfelt, The Center for Loss & Life Transition is an “organization dedicated to helping people who are grieving and those who care for them. Perhaps someone you love has died, or you want to help a grieving friend or family member.”
