Bereavement Support Group (Spring 2024)
Meeting online for six Wednesdays in March & April, 6:45 - 8:00 pm
Join grief therapist Sarah Hader Kluger, LMHC for an online, six-session bereavement support group. This event is designed for anyone who could use additional support and tools in their journey of mourning the death of a loved one.
We will discuss a different general topic each week, including:
Grief 101
Your changing identity
Coping with the pain
Searching for meaning
The relationship continues
Healing or “what’s next”
The group will offer mourners an opportunity to connect with others who have experienced loss, and several experiential activities designed to help move the difficult emotions of grief.
Meetings will be held online using a HIPAA-compliant version of Google Meet. Starting date will be determined when a sufficient number of participants register.
